Parents / Guardians are requested to read and understand the following terms and conditions before submission of fee or send your kids for Nurturing at Tah Takuchi Early Childhood Development Service;
- The age of children must be appropriate to the program e.g. 6-12months, 1-2 for Infancy Care and Learning, 2-5 for Foundations of Learning I and II, and 5-6 for School Readiness,
- Enrolment in Tah Takuchi ECD is based on the diagnostic evaluations of your child and your acknowledgment of findings. Parents are expected to share accurate and relevant information about their child for the evaluation
- Complete appropriate immunization as per the guidance of WHO and local government
- Parents lead the admission process and are able to bear the cost of respective services
- Tah Takuchi’s caring and learning principles, SOPs, and other regulations equally apply to the children and other stakeholders
- Tah Takuchi ensures equal caring and learning for the children if any special attention requires then parents need to inform the head of the center in writing.
- Tah Takuchi ensures to provide a secure, safe, hazard-free, and adult-supervised environment, however, there are chances of uncontrollable hazards and natural disasters, that need to understand by the parents/guardians.
- Parents agreed and signed the consent to engage their children in daily caring and learning activities of Tah Takuchi ECD competencies and NSC of the government of Pakistan
- Parents are agreed and signed this paper to provide balance snack and drink or request Tah Takuchi to make necessary arrangement for lunch for kids.
- To enable the provision of quality caring and learning of children, Tah Takuchi has the absolute discretion to prescribe the syllabus, learning, and caring activities or materials. Make any changes in the caring and learning activities, etc.
- Tah Takuchi may shift the premises of the center to another location for any reason. The parent's consent shall not be necessary. However, advance notice will be given to the parents.
- Tah Takuchi ECD may use the pictures and videos of your children for knowledge sharing and promotional purposes in social or print media.
- Tah Takuchi ECD School is a safe caring, learning, and working environment. We have ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment, misconduct, and abusive behavior towards our Team and children, whether verbal or physical. Any parent/guardian who may engage in such activity can face the expulsion of his/her children.
- If any kid has an accident, then he/she will be treated by a trained and qualified first aider and parents will be informed of the situation as soon as possible. If there is a situation where kid needs urgent medical treatment and parents unavailable, a member of staff from Tah Takuchi Preschool may sign any consent forms necessary for treatment on my behalf.
- One-time Admission fee (non-refundable) will be paid by all new children at the time of admission. Security Fee is payable at the time of admission and is refundable at the time of withdrawal or graduation.
- The fee will be payable monthly in advance before the 7th of each month. If a child leaves before the 15th of any month then he/she will be charged a 50% fee, however, if she/he avails above 15 days’ services then he/she will be charged the full fee.
- The advance monthly fee is automatically charged to each enrolled child by the end of each month.
- All parents and guardians are responsible for guaranteeing payment of dues who read and sign an undertaking for compliance with the Tah Takuchi policies as outlined in the ‘Admission Pack’. Tah Takuchi reserves all the rights to revise and make alterations to its policies, rules, and fees at any point in time without any prior notice.
- There will be no concession or fee waiver for the period that a child may have stayed away from Tah Takuchi due to any reason.
We carefully read and understand the above terms and conditions, rules, and regulations of the center and hereby agree to abide by these. We also play an active role in the holistic development of our child/children.
